DESCRIPTION

Crocheted with naturally dyed banana fibre in the rocky hills of Anegundi, the Mandal napkin rings are an earthy and eclectic addition to any tablescape. 

We take pride in the slight variations in colours and textures of handmade products and hope that you will not perceive them as a flaw but as a unique mark of its artisan. We hope it brings you much joy.

Tula is a symphony of small gestures where each object is a note. By finding meaning in the little things and appreciating the imperfections and flaws that make things unique, they believe in looking for intimate beauty in the ordinary and mundane aspects of life. The core principles lie with creating heirloom objects with fine craftsmanship and timeless design that never goes out of style. All the products are slowly made in small batches and no two objects are ever exactly the same.

SHIPPING & EXCHANGE

This piece is made to order and will take up to 10 business days to be shipped out. We know this is a long time, but it is a time-consuming process as each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted.

Prices are inclusive of tax.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

In case there is any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 48 hours of order delivery with proper images of the damaged box and we will replace the damaged product. 

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, colour, quantity, functioning), please get in touch with us within 48 hours at orders@thejodilife.com or +91 8411832121 (Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm IST or +5:30GMT). 

The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement for the same. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
