DESCRIPTION

Made in the ceramics capital of India, Khurja, the chaapa plate is our attempt at finding uniqueness in uniformity. Although these plates are moulded, by approaching them with a splatter style glaze, the playfulness of handmade is kept intact. Also incorporated is a singular dot of gold vermeil that is painted on at random as an unexpected but pleasant surprise.

We take pride in the slight variations in colours and textures of handmade products and hope that you will not perceive them as a flaw but as a unique mark of its artisan. We hope it brings you much joy.

Tula is a symphony of small gestures where each object is a note. By finding meaning in the little things and appreciating the imperfections and flaws that make things unique, they believe in looking for intimate beauty in the ordinary and mundane aspects of life. The core principles lie with creating heirloom objects with fine craftsmanship and timeless design that never goes out of style. They work exclusively with artisans and emphasise the use of craft techniques from the Indian subcontinent. All the products are slowly made in small batches and no two objects are ever exactly the same.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

Prices are inclusive of tax.

In case there is any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 48 hours of order delivery with proper images of the damaged box and we will replace the damaged product.
