Carefully curated and thoughtfully designed, ‘Mind Your Mood’ is a mood tracker which helps you understand your emotions and recognise any recurring patterns that may be occurring. 

The elements on the cover symbolise the underlying themes of optimism & mood enhancement. 

The tracker begins with a ‘Mood Mirror’ which helps you pinpoint the emotion you may be feeling and includes a ‘Mood Check-in’ section that helps you reflect on your mood & its underlying reason, and a mood enhancement section. 

We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each JODI piece. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the JODI pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at orders@thejodilife.com within 7 days of receiving your order and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the JODI pieces. They may request further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.
