Vismaya Sangrah

The Vismay Sangrah features woven geometric bamboo wall art, inspired by the free-hand facial and leg tattoos once prevalent among tribal women in North East India and various Southeast Asian countries. These intricate patterns, etched onto the skin, symbolized milestones such as coming of age, social standing, marital status, and personal growth. More than mere adornments, these designs held deep cultural significance, carrying the stories and identities of generations past. Through this collection, Pusaaka seeks to honor these traditional art forms, continuing the legacy with bamboo—the common medium that has long connected tribal communities. We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each JODI piece. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the JODI pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at orders@thejodilife.com within 7 days of receiving your order and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the JODI pieces. They may request further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.
