To clean, wipe with a clean, dry cloth if necessary. Blot the spill immediately with a white cloth. Harsh chemicals may damage or fade the carpet. Professional rug cleaning is recommended in case of harsh stains. While using high suction vacuum cleaners like DYSON, please remove attachments brushes as they pull the fibre. These carpets are for indoor use only.
 Any creases in your carpet should disappear in a week or two after being laid out flat. Keep the carpet away from excessive moisture. If it is exposed to direct sunlight, it will fade over time and hence you should rotate it once in a while. Use carpet protectors under heavy furniture.

The carpet will be delivered within 15-20 days from the time you place an order.
We usually don't receive any complaints regarding the products however the pieces are handmade and there is a possibility of human error. In such a case we offer replacement.

This piece is made to order and will take 15-20 days to be shipped out. We know this is a long time, but it is a time-consuming process as each piece is hand-knotted. Each of our products is made to order. There are no exchanges or returns applicable to this product. 

If the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, we will evaluate and replace the piece for you. All replacement requests are to be made within 5 days of receiving the order. 

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit.
