    We usually don't receive any complaints regarding the products however the pieces are handmade and there is a possibility of human error. In such a case we offer replacement.

    This piece is made to order and will take 20-30 days to be shipped out. We know this is a long time, but it is a time-consuming process as each piece is hand-knotted. Each of our products is made to order. There are no exchanges or returns applicable to this product.

    If the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, we will evaluate and replace the piece for you. All replacement requests are to be made within 5 days of receiving the order.

    Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit.
