SHIPPING & EXCHANGE

This piece is made to order and will take 10-15 days to be shipped out. We know this is a long time, but it is a time consuming process as each piece is hand-crafted.

Each of our products is made to order. There are no returns or exchanges applicable to this product. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will evaluate and replace the piece for you. All replacement requests are to be made within 5 days of receiving the order. 

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, color, quantity, functioning), please get in touch with us within 24 hours at orders@thejodilife.com or +91 8411832121 (Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm IST or +5:30GMT).
