1. Exchange can be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

All items being returned or exchanged must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all tags and intact packaging.

Exchanges & Returns are limited to only size related or defect issues only.

Due to precise color representation on our website, Slomotion does not accomodate exchanges based on color variations.
The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, including security seals and tags, must be intact.The invoice/receipt must be provided for verification.

2.RETURNS POLICY Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unworn footwear due to incorrect size and for a defective item we request bazaar@thejodilife.in

Return Period: Requests for returns must be initiated within maximum 10 days of delivery. Requests outside this period will not be entertained.
