DESCRIPTION

Inspired by the Sangam point, the place where the Zanskar River meets the mighty Indus, this collection is an artistic rendition of that beautiful confluence. Glazed by hand with ivory and indigo, each quarter plate displays a unique blended design.

All our products are handmade in India. Slight variations in colours and textures are inevitable and must not be perceived as a flaw.

PRODUCT CARE

Microwave and dishwasher safe. Hand wash with mild detergents. Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaning agents. All colours used are food safe.

SHIPPING & EXCHANGE

This piece is made to order and will take 10 days to be shipped out. We know this is a long time, but it is time-consuming as each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted.

Prices are inclusive of tax.

Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, as a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

In case there is any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 24 hours of order delivery with proper images of the damaged box and we will replace the damaged product. 

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. In an unlikely event, that you happen to receive incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, colour, quantity, functioning), please get in touch with us within 48 hours at orders@thejodilife.com or +91 8411832121 (Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm IST or +5:30GMT). 

The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
