Knock-Down, Ready-to-Assemble Model

1-Regular Cleaning: Keep your product(s) clean and dry with regular dusting with a soft and dry cloth. This is vital for the longevity of the products(s) and keeping unwanted guests like molds etc. away.

2- For something a little stickier, gently rub with a dry microfiber cloth 

3- Do not expose the product(s) to any kind of moisture or water content. Prolonged exposure to water or humidity becomes an open invitation to undesired microbes, decreasing the life of the product(s).

4-Let the product breathe: Unpack the product(s) as soon as you receive them. Make sure they are not kept packed for more than 24 hours.

5- Store in an airy and dry location. Fresh air is vital for the longevity of the products(s).

6- We will recommend keeping the indoor furniture, lighting products, and other accessories indoors to maximise their life span unless the product is labelled for outdoor use.

7- Avoid placing hot pans or heavy items directly on the products.

8- Do not soak in water or use abrasive substances.

This piece is made to order and will take 10-15 days to be shipped out. We know this is a long time, but it is a time consuming process as each piece is hand painted.

Prices are inclusive of tax.

Each of our products is made to order.  If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will evaluate and replace the piece for you. All replacement requests are to be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. 

NO RETURNS are offered on this product only replacements are accepted. For fragile products like glass mirrors etc, you have to make unboxing videos and take images.

For us to process the exchange the customer has to pack the product back to its original packaging and will have to paste a pink slip shared by us. we will take care of the pick-up

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
