When a lone lamp strived to become more than its defined structure and transformed itself into multiple different configurations, the “Metamorphosis" happens. The Metamorphosis collection rises above the bounds of "form" as its geometry continuously changes and the elements play to define function. Celebrated industrial designer Shashank Gautam imagined and brought this collection to life.

Artistically hand-engineered from locally sourced bamboo, this minimalistic collection features a rhythmic balance between geometry and symmetry in each configuration. An arena of warm golden light blooms with a moon glint and filters through the bamboo shades, evoking an ethereal sense of connection. Each piece in this unique collection recognizes the evolution of cultural craft to engineered art while embracing its sacred roots.

This product is handcrafted in India. We take pride in the slight variations in colours and textures of handmade products and hope that you will not perceive them as a flaw but as a unique mark of its artisan. We hope it brings you as much joy as it has brought us.

We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each JODI piece. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the JODI pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at orders@thejodilife.com within 7 days of receiving your order and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the JODI pieces. They may request further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.
