We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each JODI piece. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the JODI pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at orders@thejodilife.com within 7 days of receiving your order and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the JODI pieces. They may request further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.

NOTE: If this piece is sold out and you would like to purchase it, you can email us at orders@thejodilife.com. You can also contact us via WhatsApp or call us on our customer care number +91 91727 90033. We are available to assist you from Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm.
