Established by artist and studio potter Parth Palsay, his Centre for Contemporary Ceramics is a space dedicated to study, learn and master the art and craft of expressing through the medium of fired clay and glazed ceramic surfaces.  Playful exploration and conscious practice are at the core of this process of creation. Parth’s artwork is a reflection of the city in a state of flux. Abstract landscapes, elements of architecture and moody colour palettes depict the needs and desires of the urban individual.

The work of producing a series of collections of handmade ceramic water containers is rooted in the urgency to create sustainable alternatives for the home.

While his recent work creates an intimate interaction with the art object, Parth Palsay envisions developing multi-sensorial, immersive earth environments through sculptural murals and installation art.
