DESCRIPTION

The classic colours of blue and white come together to make interesting linear patterns. The play on positive and negative spaces converts these mugs into an art piece to sip out of.

 Hastakari was born out of love for colours and hand-painted intricate details. They have been working for the past 30 years and create individualistic ceramics with onglaze painting techniques. Hastakari takes pride in creating each product by hand and glorify the imperfections of handwork.

PRODUCT CARE

All are microwave safe. Not dishwasher safe. Wash with a sponge and mild detergent/soap. 

SHIPPING & EXCHANGE

This piece is made to order and will take 15 to 20 days to be shipped out. We know this is a long time but it is a time consuming process as each piece is hand-painted.

Prices are inclusive of tax.

Each of our products is made to order. There are no returns or exchanges applicable to this product. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will evaluate and replace the piece for you. All replacement requests are to be made within 5 days of receiving the order. 

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, color, quantity, functioning), please get in touch with us within 24 hours at orders@thejodilife.com or +91 8411832121 (Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm IST or +5:30GMT). 

The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
