1. To ensure the longevity of your wooden furniture, please avoid exposing the pieces to excessive sunlight,dampness, heat or cold.

2. When placing table lamps on any wooden surface, please use a felt or leather mat to protect your furniturefrom scratches. Alternatively, a table runner can be used.

Items not eligible for return or exchange. Prices are inclusive of tax. This piece is made to order and will take about 12-15 days to be shipped out. Installation charges will be borne by the customer. Only eligible for domestic (India) shipping. In case there is any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 48 hours of order delivery with proper images of the damaged box and we will replace the damaged product.

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, color, quantity, functioning), please get in touch with us within 24 hours at orders@thejodilife.com or +91 8411832121 (Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm IST or +5:30GMT).

The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
