This piece is made to order and will take 10-15 days to be shipped out. We know this is a long time, but it is a time consuming process as each piece is hand-crafted.

Each of our products is made to order. There are no returns or exchanges applicable to this product. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will evaluate and replace the piece for you or will issue a credit note . Additionally if the fabric does not pass the quality check even then we shall issue a credit note but NO REFUNDS can be given .

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit.
