Yes, we ship to almost every country worldwide via reliable partners like DHL. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. 

Most international shipments attract import duties and local taxes. These are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer directly to the courier partner at the time of delivery. 

International orders typically take 15–20 business days to reach you (including our 10-14 day production lead time). 

Due to the high cost of international logistics and customs complexities, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. We recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before placing your order.

JODI pieces are worth the wait! Standard orders typically ship within 10–14 business days. "Ready to Ship" items are dispatched within 48 hours. 

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above a certain value. 

As soon as your JODI parcel leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. 

If something isn't right, you can request an exchange or return for Store Credit within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.

We do not offer reverse pickup services at this time. To exchange an item, you will need to ship the product back to our Pune studio. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking. 

Yes! You can bring your online order to our stores in Pune, Mumbai, or Delhi for an exchange. Please ensure you carry your digital invoice. While you can select a different size or style in-store, any price difference will be settled via store credit or an additional payment. 

To support our slow-fashion ecosystem, we do not offer bank refunds. We provide Store Credit (valid for 6 months) which can be used across our website for your next purchase. 

Every piece undergoes a strict quality check. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us at orders@thejodilife.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it immediately. 

Items purchased during a sale, or from the "Archive" section, are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

• Cottons: We recommend a gentle hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Dry in the shade.
• Silks & Chanderis: These are delicate fabrics. Dry Clean Only.
• Hand-block Prints: Slight irregularities in color or print are a hallmark of the craft, not a defect. 

Because our fabrics are hand-printed, some deep colors (like Indigos and deep Reds) may bleed slightly in the first few washes. We recommend washing them separately. 

Everything is designed in our Pune studio and produced ethically in India, working closely with craft clusters across the country. 

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, Netbanking, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and major International cards including Apple Pay. 

Yes, COD is available for domestic orders up to ₹20,000. A nominal COD convenience fee may apply.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your data is 100% protected. 

You can purchase digital Gift Cards directly from our website. Simply choose the denomination, add it to your cart, and check out. 

Once the purchase is complete, the digital Gift Card will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can then forward this email to the recipient or print it out. 

At the checkout page, enter your unique Gift Card code in the ‘Discount Code or Gift Card’ slot and click apply. The balance will be automatically deducted from your order total. 

Our Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. 

Yes! Gift Cards are a form of payment and can be used to purchase any item on our website, including those on sale. 

Gift Cards cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
