This initiative, the Karigar collective is derived out of a desire to bring the incredible karigars (artisans) of India directly to you, our customers.

We are a land of diverse cultures and crafts spread across the breadth of the country. In some ways we’re actually 28 countries residing within one. Each region with its own language, festivals, food and people.

Having had the chance to see so many of the crafts India is home to, we wanted to have the craft available to you so we set up one-on-one associations with the artisans, to make sure the true cost of the craft goes to its maker.

Each product of this section is hand made. Most of these are ancient crafts, made from time unknown. Each product is a true representative of its people, their culture, their history and their stories.
