This piece is made to order and will take up to 10 business days to be shipped out. We know this is a long time, but it is a time-consuming process as each piece is handcrafted.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
In case there is any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 48 hours of order delivery with proper images of the damaged box and we will replace the damaged product.
Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit.
