STARY MOON LIT MOUNTAIN OILY SKIN SOAP
A fresh minty scent soap designed by Dirty Hands for oily/acne prone skin with natural ingredients that will keep your skin moisturised without clogging your pores.
This soap is scarred with dents, since the moon was made a day prior to the main batch of the soap, it made the moon too dry to cut through the final soap, leaving dents around the moon. We ended up fixing a lot of the moon with extra soap dough making it a 3D moon. This is a design error and does not change the quality of soap. We as artists are constantly learning and evolving with our errors, avoiding wastage and yet keeping your skin as our number one priority.
The beauty in watching the moon rise and set every day over the mountains has inspired us to design this bar of soap. The artwork represents a starry night under the beautiful moonlight shining on the mountains.
Using charcoal & cocoa powder to sculpt the mountain while rhubarb with indigo creates the magical sky. These natural colourants exfoliate dead skin cells, remove excess oil and improve skin elasticity without clogging your pores.
Our soaps are cured for 6 weeks, pH tested & then sold to you. We try our best to create consistent art in every soap but there could be slight variation in design & colour as they are naturally coloured handmade, hand sculpted & hand cut soaps.

Emoting through the fingertips, getting her hands dirty, moulding & shaping earth matter. This beautiful transition from big city life to simple mountain life, from working in the fashion industry to wanting to connect with nature and work with one's bare hands and earth matter has led Shruti to Dirty Hands, a design studio set in the Himalayas in a small village called Andretta. They have spent 2 years understanding different skin types while working with luxurious skin benefiting base oils to extract gorgeous colours from herbs with healing properties and nature’s purest essential oils that give added benefits to the skin while tickling your senses. It takes them almost a week to make a batch of soap as these soaps are handmade in layers patiently, waiting for the right amount of solidification of each layer & then gently carving out the design with handmade tools to make amazing soaps or art, you decide!
