This unconventional cup is decorated with polka dots that have been hand painted. The monochrome colour palette makes the cup easy to blend with your tablescape. Due to the handcrafted nature of this item, expect slight variation in the appearance of each unique piece.

Our studio will be closed for Christmas and New years. The last date for receiving orders  is 28th of December. We will start taking orders only from 12th January, 2022 onwards. This piece is made to order and will take 15 days to be shipped out. We know this is a long time, but it is a time-consuming process as each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted.

Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, as a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

In case there is any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 24 hours of order delivery with proper images of the damaged box and we will replace the damaged product. 

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, color, quantity, functioning), please get in touch with us within 24 hours at orders@thejodilife.com or +91 8411832121 (Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm IST or +5:30GMT). 

The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
