CARE: Handle with love and care, wash with dishwashing detergent or soap, wash with warm water occasionally. Do not put in microwave or oven right after refrigerator to avoid thermal shock and breakage.

This piece is made to order and will take 15 days to be shipped out. We know this is a long time, but it is a time-consuming process as each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted. Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, as a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. After order receipt we follow the below-mentioned steps:

5. Rechecking and repackaging

 In case there is any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 24 hours of order delivery with proper images of the damaged box and we will replace the damaged product.  Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit.
