This piece is made to order and will take up to 10 business days to be shipped out. We know this is a long time, but it is a time-consuming process as each piece is handcrafted.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

In case there is any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 48 hours of order delivery with proper images of the damaged box and we will replace the damaged product. 

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, colour, quantity, functioning), please get in touch with us within 48 hours at orders@thejodilife.com or +91 8411832121 (Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm IST or +5:30GMT). 

The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement for the same. We apologise in advance for any issues you might face and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
