It is safe to use in the microwave and dishwasher. Although, we always suggest you wash these beautiful pieces gently with soap and a sponge. 

This piece is made to order and will take 3-4 weeks to be shipped out. We know this is a long time, but it is a time-consuming process as each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted.

Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, as a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

In case there is any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 24 hours of order delivery with proper images of the damaged box and we will replace the damaged product. 

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, colour, quantity, functioning), please get in touch with us within 48 hours at orders@thejodilife.com or +91 8411832121 (Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm IST or +5:30GMT). 

The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.

They are constantly drawing inspiration from their travel stories, local crafts & cultures, landscapes, and simple details of Indian households. Every pattern creation starts with a brushstroke. They all are originally hand-drawn and hand-painted on paper. All their ceramics are handmade by skilled studio potters, one piece at a time. Every piece is meticulously hand-painted, using the finest rigger brush. Some of the motifs carry more than hundreds of brushstrokes. The minimal yet complex nature of these motifs makes the painting process long, yet the details make it totally worth the time. Handmade with love, their products are made for the homes that carry the nostalgia of a simpler time.
