DESCRIPTION

This artisanal bowl carries raindrop patterns, paired with a soothing sky blue glaze detail inside. Perfect companion for a rainy day impromptu snack party.

There might be minor variations from one piece to the other, as each product is wheel-thrown and hand-painted. Sometimes, glaze crazing on the surface may occur after a period of time, as it is the natural tendency of stoneware material.

These ceramics are all safe to use in the dishwasher. Although, we always suggest hand wash these beautiful pieces gently with soap and sponge

SHIPPING & EXCHANGE

This piece is made to order and will take 15 days to be shipped out. We know this is a long time, but it is a time-consuming process as each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted. Any orders placed between the 25th of October will be shipped after the 14th of November only.

Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, as a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

In case there is any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 24 hours of order delivery with proper images of the damaged box and we will replace the damaged product. 

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, color, quantity, functioning), please get in touch with us within 48 hours at orders@thejodilife.com or +91 8411832121 (Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm IST or +5:30GMT). 

The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
