Each of our products is made to order. There are no returns or exchanges applicable to this product. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will evaluate and replace the piece for you. All replacement requests are to be made within 72 hours of receiving the order. 

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same.
