All our pieces are completely handmade and can have some variations in size and form because of the nature of the process. Glazes used are made by us and can have different variations with each firing.

Care: Microwave and dishwasher safe. Although, we always suggest you wash these pieces gently with soap and a sponge.
This piece is made to order and will take 20 days to be shipped out. We know this is a long time, but it is a time-consuming process as each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted.
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, as a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
In case there is any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 48 hours of order delivery with proper images of the damaged box and we will replace the damaged product only for domestic orders. For International orders, refunds can be initiated but no exchange or replacement.
Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit.
